Pellikola serviced the first season of this acclaimed television series, which was shot in Malta for 37 days spread over 6 weeks between September and November 2010.

Locations for Game of Thrones included Mdina, Fort Ricasoli, Villa Bulebin in Zebbug, Fort Manoel, a hamlet in Manikata, the presidential palace in Verdala, Valletta, Fort Sant’Angelo, the Dominican convent in Rabat and Dwejra.

Pellikola engaged a total of 267 local crew members in various departments to work on the production of Game of Thrones, and a handful of Maltese actors were also given speaking parts, while 900 locals took part as extras.
